October 16, 2009 – Hunter Mountain, Copper Tree Restaurant & Hunter Mountain Lodge
Colleen and David, from New Jersey, decided to have a sort of destination wedding. They chose Hunter Mountain and a fall theme. October 16th is normally a fairly average temperature of 50 degrees. But not this October 16th, it snowed, remember we are on a mountain in the Catskills. Come the afternoon of October 16th the temperature never really got above 42 degrees. So the decision was to have the ceremony inside the lodge.
Cocktail hour was held in the room adjacent to the Copper Tree Restuarant.
Reception took place inside the Copper Tree which looked fantastic.
Flowers were by Sara Gast Floral Design and she did such a great job. The blue and magenta really make the fall colors pop.
My favorite part of the set up was the cake table:
Yes, those are bobble heads. The couple chose to have all of their wedding party made up as bobble heads. These were part wedding party gifts and part decor. The rich chocolate wedding cake was made by Deisings Bakery in Kingston.
These are some of the other professionals that were part of the wedding:
Band – The Fuzzpops

I do carry the music note bottle stopper. Here is a link with a picture. Please let me know if you would like a price on them and how many you would be looking to order. Thanks!
