Advice from the couple:
I have told friends and family who are planning weddings many times, the day is about you and your future spouse- make the day unique to you and ensure it has what you want. We had a very different ceremony that focused on our friends and family because that was what was important to us, and the number one comment that I continue to get from guests is how unique and fun our wedding was! Like everyone says, enjoy the moment because it goes by far too quickly! Hire a great photographer so that the excitement and magic of the day can continue to flutter in your heart each time you look back at the photos; hire a great wedding planner so that the little things don’t bog you down and they can think of the moments you are missing. Most of all, try to have fun rather than stress, because in the end it is just one day in the journey which is life 🙂
