Couples can book this service at any point in the wedding planning process.  We encourage as early as possible to ensure availability.  We also encourage our couples to communicate with us throughout the entire wedding planning time frame.  We want to know what is going on with the wedding planning.

Partial & Full Coordination

These packages are for couples that need additional assistance from the wedding coordinators. With these packages, we assist you with all aspects of the wedding planning. We will assist with the style, budget, vendors, rehearsal, setup, wedding, and honeymoon.

Partial Planning

used when a venue is already contracted, and there is just a need for other professionals

Travel Fees:
For each trip to the venue or meeting site the first 20 miles are free. Every mile over the first 20 miles is $1.00.
We only charge for mileage one way.

It scares me to think what would have happened if we hadn’t hired Jeanne from Hudson Valley Ceremonies. Even though she was technically only our “Day-of-Coordinator,” she really did so much more. Getting married at a private home was a lot of work, but Jeanne made is so much easier by being at the house when all of the rentals were delivered and coordinating their placement. She came to our rehearsal as well. And on the day of the wedding, she was the first one to arrive and the last one to leave….dealing with all the minor problems and making sure everyone was having a great time. For example, it wasn’t until an hour into our reception that I discovered that our valet parkers just hadn’t shown up – Jeanne took care of it without stressing me or the groom out. Hiring Jeanne was definitely the best decision we made during our whole wedding planning process!
