My husband and I used HVC for both their day-of coordinator services (we worked with Jeanne Stark) and also their officiant services (we worked with Rev. Tom Hickey). We were absolutely blown away by the quality of service.  Jeanne was truly and absolutely amazing. Our wedding was at a very DIY venue and so we had a lot of work to do, but she was with us every step of the way. We were able to order our flowers, candy bar supplies and invitations and other stationary through her, and she did the most amazing job setting up all of our decorations, reception tables, making the bouquets/boutonnieres and much, much more. She answered any and all of our questions throughout the planning process and really helped me zero in on making our wedding exactly what we pictured. The day of the wedding, she was there to fix any problem that came up and kept everything flowing smoothly; I was completely at ease for the entirety of the day and honestly had nothing to worry about with her there. Her efficiency and organization were really something to marvel at, and on top of all of this, she really is one of the most kindest and down-to-earth people I’ve met. In retrospect, I honestly can’t imagine not having decided to work with her – invaluable! I can’t recommend HVC enough!

I used Hudson Valley Ceremonies for my rehearsal and day of coordinator. The day of my wedding there was a snow storm… in October.   Needless to say, the day was not at all what I planned it to be, including me not being able to make it to our church for the ceremony because the roads were so bad.   Jeanne and Sage were amazing through everything. They worked with my reception venue to have a ceremony space set up so that we could do an impromptu civil ceremony. I honestly don’t know what I would have done if I did not have them there. Even before the snow hit, Jeanne was great. She followed up with all my vendors and provided them with a timeline for the day. She helped arrange transportation to the rehearsal dinner and provided supplies for our photobooth and cake cutting. I would and have strongly recommended them to my friends getting married.
